Fairness for Every Oklahoman

Everyone deserves the chance to succeed—but for too many Oklahomans, systemic barriers still stand in the way of opportunity. Whether it’s discrimination in the workplace, unequal access to housing or education, or policies that leave marginalized communities behind, we believe it’s time to build a state where fairness isn’t a privilege—it’s a promise.

Oklahoma Democrats are fighting for:

• Equal pay for equal work, and an end to wage discrimination

• Anti-discrimination protections for all Oklahomans, including in housing, employment, and healthcare

• Support for historically marginalized communities, including Black, Indigenous, and other people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, people with disabilities, and immigrants

• Equitable access to public services, education, and economic opportunity

• Fair hiring and promotion practices in both the public and private sectors

We believe government should be a force for good—lifting people up, not holding them back.
