September 18 Day of Caring

September 13 Monthly Meeting
August 8th, 2008PCD monthy meeting will be at the Democratic Headquarters located at 910 S. Main St., Stillwater. Meeting begins at 7:00 p.m. with refreshments available. There will be a lot of planning to finish before our October 7th Brayfest fundraiser. Please join us and lend your time and talents to help elect democrats!
August 27 - 30 Payne County Fair
August 8th, 2008Payne County Democrats will have their regular Fair Booth in the Payne County Expo Center. Come out to the Fair and visit with other Democrats; while your there consider signing up to volunteer and hand out candidate material.�
August 25-28 Democratic National Convention
August 8th, 2008Payne County Chair, Bernice Mitchell, heads to the Democratic National Convention in Denver, CO as a Hillary Clinton delegate. Way to go Bernice! Have fun and be safe!
August 20 Lights on Stillwater
August 8th, 2008This event is Stillwater’s introduction to new & returning OSU Students. This fun event is located on the OSU Campus Library Lawn starting around 7:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. Come and enjoy a brief return to college life.
August 14 Monthly Meeting in Cushing
August 8th, 2008PCD Monthy Meeting Thursday, August 14 at Rodolfo’s Mexican Restaurant in Cushing. Join fellow democrats for supper at 6:00 p.m. with the general meeting beginning at 7:00. We have a lot of events coming up and need everyone to be there.
June 21 - Second Annual Family Picnic in the Park
May 15th, 2008Please plan on joining the Payne County Democrats on Saturday, June 21 at Boomer Lake Park, Shelter #2 in Stillwater from 5:00 to 9:00 p.m. for their Second Annual Family Picnic in the Park. PCD will provide grilled hamburgers with all the fixings; everyone will bring a potluck dish to share.�
May 1 - 7th Annual Diamond Donkey Gala
May 15th, 2008The Seventh Annual Diamond Donkey Gala was a success. Author and former US Senator Fred Harris was the guest speaker. Mr. Harris autographed his latest book, “Does People Do It? A Memoir.” Thank you to all who attended and generously donated to the Payne County Democrats.
